Counseling and Life Coaching

We are very pleased to announce the addition of Paula Cellar to our Wellspring staff. Paula is a licensed mental health counselor and in addition she is a certified life coach. Paula serves both adults and children who are moving through life’s diverse transitions. Change can include grief, loss and death. Changes also bring joy, peace, goal achievement, success and spiritual growth. Paula has a unique wellspring of skills and gifts to assist you.

Paula’s helping style focuses on the whole person. She believes all our answers are within waiting to be drawn out. Answers arrive through nurturing, creativity, playfulness and intuition.

Paula works with individuals, couples, families and small groups. She provides, through Wellspring, a menu of services, including life coaching, counseling, intuitive consultations, Reiki and intuitive training.
