Traditional Thai Massage
Thai massage offers many benefits including improved joint mobility, increased suppleness and flexibility of muscles, stimulated internal organs, lymph, circulatory and immune systems.  Thai massage originated over 2500 years ago in India, then spread to Thailand merging its yogic and Ayurvedic roots with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Sessions are performed on a floor mat with the recipient dressed in comfortable loose clothing.  It incorporates gentle thumb, palm and foot presses and a wide variety of stretches.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release techniques relieve excessive pressure on pain-sensitive structures that produce pain and limit full, fluid motion.  These techniques also re-educate the central nervous system for new movement possibilities.  The therapist applies gentle, sustained pressure into the fascial system. Movements are performed very slowly following the fascial releases   3-dimensionally.  Myofascial release is a catalyst, empowering the participant to achieve significant results, emotional tranquility, & mental clarity.

Hot Stone Massage
Elements from Native American ceremony are used in a ritual to connect the body, mind and spirit. Allow the healing energy of Mother Earth and the deep penetrating heat from hot lava stones relieve muscle tension and sore joints. The stones are placed on specific pressure points and used in flowing strokes for a deeply relaxing experience. Just the face, neck, and décolleté areas can be added on to another treatment.
