This massage is focused on addressing the specific needs of the client. It works to loosen muscle constriction, improve circulation and speed the healing process.  Depending on your individual needs & each of our therapist’s training, our massage sessions will incorporate a blending of techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Reiki, stretching, and CranioSacral.

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy seeks to address the body at the deepest level - the nervous system, which affects all other systems of the body.  The craniosacral system of the body includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.  It extends from the bones of the cranium, face and mouth down to the sacrum, or tailbone area.  Using a gentle touch, this technique releases restrictions in this system, which in turn releases the negative effects of trauma from the body.  It is beneficial for conditions such as headaches, TMJ dysfunction, injuries, post-surgery and stress.

Rebalancing
This bodywork specialty is designed to free the body of pain and tension, improve posture and release emotional holdings. Deep pressure, rocking motion, Myofascial release, breathing, energy work and joint release are utilized together to bring these benefits to the client.
